Compliance plans, risk registers, policies, procedures and office manuals
It is evident that the SRA expects Practices to maintain compliance plans to ensure that they meet regulator demands, including the SRA Accounts Rules, AML and data protection/GDPR.
Lexcel accredited organisations will recognise the requirements very well.
For some, it could mean writing new policies or extending existing policies and office manuals.
PDA Legal has supported dozens of Practices and Departments to update or outright develop (from scratch) their compliance plans, risk registers, policies, plans and procedures.
We can approach just one aspect or policy at a time, 'surgically'. Or, we can work from the ground upwards, by first conducting a gap analysis.
Thereafter, we author procedures, draft forms, schedules and review structures to support the delivery and compliance with the new policies and plans.
Having established the new plans, polices and procedures, we can provide training too, to support your staff's understanding and adoption of the new systems, requirements and reporting.
