Neil Partridge, Operations Director

In addition to being our Operations Director Neil is one of our risk compliance specialists, senior trainers and an AML lead auditor. He’s also a Lexcel assessor and consultant.

His commercial background is broad, having previously occupied senior roles in project management, marketing and service oversight for several household names. He’s a firm believer that different sectors and industries can learn a lot from each other to enhance their operations, service output and strategies.

Neil’s experience in the legal sector spans almost two decades, during which, he has personally conducted more than 500 consultancy and assessment visits to law firms in addition to providing training to more than 300 legal organisations across the UK on Lexcel v6.1, risk AML, GDPR and cyber security.

He wrote and delivered the training on behalf of the Law Society, to all Lexcel assessors and consultants on Lexcel v6.1. And, has presented webinars and authored articles for the Law Society including on the subjects of data protection, AML, cyber security, Lexcel and risk. He has also been a speaker at several Law Society key events.

Neil is a co-founder of the Legal Best Practice Group, with over 100 senior legal sector members from all over the country.

In 2014, he had the privilege of being a Founding Member and becoming a Freeman of the City of London Guild of Entrepreneurs (now the Worshipful Company of Entrepreneurs).
