Lexcel Gap Analysis:

When firms are considering their next steps versus the Lexcel standard, it is very useful to first understand where they are at present. This ensures that the firm is always in the driving seat, with precise visibility of its situation.

To that end, we conduct a fixed cost gap analysis on the plans, policies, procedures, controls, registers, logs, letters and forms, versus the requirements of the Lexcel standard and best practice.

We set out our findings in a written, plain language report that describes; the requirement of the Lexcel standard in question, the concern or item that requires attention, and an outline as to what can be done to resolve it.
