Session 1d: Panel discussion; what to expect from Lexcel moving forward

Liz has 30 years’ experience in quality assurance and contract management across the legal, not-for-profit and private sectors, working on behalf of a wide range of stakeholders including The Law Society and Legal Aid Agency. She is passionate about supporting organisations, practices and in-house legal departments to implement robust quality frameworks, strengthen compliance and practice management, and achieve and maintain accreditation and certification.

As an experienced assessor and auditor, Liz continues to assess organisations herself, ensuring she remains closely aligned to the real world challenges faced by clients. She uses this insight to inform ongoing development, enhance client support, and help organisations deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

Liz particularly enjoys working with groups of people across a variety of organisational settings, building strong, collaborative relationships and tailoring her approach to meet different needs and environments.

Her key areas of expertise include developing and implementing quality management systems and assurance procedures, compliance and practice management, performance management of external assessors, stakeholder engagement, client relationship management, contract management, and the creation of practical client support tools and resources.
